Policy Highlights

Target Risk/Classes: Independently owned and operated Mortgage Broker firms providing origination services. Mortgage Banking Services are not covered under this program but may be eligible for coverage in our other programs.

Limits: $250,000 - $2,000,000 maximum

Minimum Deductible: $2,500

• Automatic Fair Housing defense & indemnification
• Defense Costs in addition to policy limits

• Innocent Insured Coverage
• Credits up to 35% for good claims experience and participation in loss prevention and risk management programs
• Risk Management and Loss Prevention services available; 50% deductible reduction for use of mediation (up to $25,000 reduction)
• Local claims service provided by CNA Real Estate E&O claims specialists; complimentary pre-claim advice.
• Stable capacity- policy provided by CNA
